Motivational Monday – The Martha Empowers Podcast releases Episode #9 “No Sight is Insight: A Dialogue about Disability and Inclusion” with Esli Ramos, an empowering student voice in addressing disability awareness in higher education.
This week, on July 26th, we celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, also known as (ADA). The ADA was groundbreaking legislation passed to create opportunities for equitable participation for people with disabilities.
The impact of ADA in higher education has been a catalyst to enhance the success of students with disabilities by ensuring an accessible and equitable college environment.
